Need a detailed description of all markings.
Need to know the make and model before an answer can be given.
In order to provide you with the correct answer,I would need to know what model of Winchester rifle we are talking about?I would also need to know what caliber is the rifle along with the serial number that you provided.
It would help if you told us the name of who made the rifle.
That will depend on the rifle in question, what caliber, and the overall condition of the rifle including the amount of original finish remaining on the wood and metal.
It's not, or at least not anytime soon. It has had it's name changed to "Oviedo Mall" because apparently a lot of people did not even know there was a mall in Oviedo. It is still the same place though-but many stores have been closing, which could cause the mall to close too. Hopefully the name change will help that issue.
What model of rifle are we talking about?I would need to know along with the age of the rifle to give you a accurate value.

I would need to know your definition of the word certify.I am not sure of what you are asking in regard to your M-1 Garand rifle.
Terni was the Italian govt armory. You likely have a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle.
Pretty much impossible to so with just the sn.
Before we can answer your question,we would need to know what type of rifle your are talking about? Is it a M-1 garand, a 1903 springfield, or a 1903-A3 rifle?
One who was looking for information on the Classic Army Airsoft rifle would have to go to the NRA to ask them information on it. They know everything you need to know.
