Roman is an epithet first commonly used in England after the protestant revolt to describe the Catholic Church. It is never used by the Catholic Church.

It depends on what you call a ceremony, If you mean Sacraments, then we have 7

-Baptism

-Confirmation

-First Holy Eucharist

-Penance

-Anointing of the sick

-Holy Orders

-Matrimony

We also have such things as "Blessing for a unborn child in the womb" which is new, but not a sacrament, your question needs a little clarification.
