Rough idle all of a sudden give it gas high rpms ok but hold speed back to bad sputtering like the fuel is not good could it be a vacoum line broken?

sound more like the Idle air control valve either quit fuctioning or is gummed up veryy common also check the fuel pressure for restricted fuel filter or the fuel pressure regulator has a vacumm leak in it the fuel filter should be replaced every 15000 mo;es but it takes only one bad tank to plug it up
