Yes. 100-500 USD or so
You will have to ask Ruger.
No such model in the Ruger line.
Yes, Ruger made them
Depends on condition and whether or not it is a New Model. New Model unfired Vaqueros are roughly 450-500, depending on where you go. Older models will get around 400 to 500, depending on condition, and whether or not you have the box and paperwork that came with the gun.
There is no such model number assocaited with the Ruger Bearcat. Do you mean the serial number is 918?
Ruger never made a model called the P38.
The Model 77
It says it can on Ruger's website.
None of my references show a Model 999 made by Ruger as a rifle, shotgun, pistol or revolver. Are you sure it is a Ruger, and that 999 is the model number? Please provide some additional info (lie what type of firearm, description) and we will do our best to get you an answer.
Ruger has never made a model with that number. You might be referring to a RG, which was made in Germany. No sn records.
That is not a model number, but the serial number. Go to the Ruger website, look under customer service, historical data, Slect rifle, shotgun, pistol or revolver, then find your model. There is a serial number/ year list for all Ruger products.
yes, the new model vaquero hammer will fit the old model vaquero. i have several and when the new model came out, the first thing i did was buy a handful of the new model hammers and installed them on my "old model" guns (I.E. original vaquero) if your gun is blued, leave it alone once installed. if t is stainless, you can take a dremel tool with a light emery bit and contour the rear edges of the rear sight notch to "blend" in if you wish with the new hammers profile. stay AWAY from the sight notch. then take a rubber polishing bit and polish the rough edges and lines from the blending down, then a cottn polishing wheel and some compound and polish it t match the gun. youll love it.
