The Ruger Mini-14 has never been able to accept the M16/AR-15 magazine. A proprietary magazine for the Mini-14 has always been used.
If you find a way to convert a Mini-14 to accept STANAG magazines, I'm open to suggestions, but I have not been able to find one yet.
Anything is possible if you have the money, but, this is not practical to try.
Magazine
The Ruger SR9 uses a proprietary magazine.

You need the help of a gunsmith
No, the magazines are not compatible.
Not recommended.
Take it to a gunsmith. You did not say what is wrong with it.
Let's use the right term- the P94 shown on the Ruger website has a magazine capacity of 10 CARTRIDGES. (Bullets are the part of a cartridge that comes out of the barrel)
No, they do not use the same magazines.
Ruger's website has extensive serail number data on all its models.
You don't mention if it is a handgun or long gun or the caliber/gauge, etc.. Not that I don't want to help, but, checking each of the models on Ruger's website would be time consuming. Ruger's website has extensive serial number data for all its models and you can access them. Also, you can call Ruger and they will be glad to tell you
