Runescape Duel Arena Good or Bad to level in?

its not really good because often times ppl have a lot more defence than monsters so you get very slow exp i think you would get faster exp from monsters auround your lvl PS if your training try training on stuff like 10 or more lvls below you otherwise your chains of monsters will be really low and youll have to have a lot of food so if they are 10 or more lvls below u then you will probobly kill them fast therefore decent amounts of exp for your lvl and fast exp. i don't think the duel arena is very fast exp
