The best and most efficient way to train defense on runescape member's worlds is to train on rock crabs. Rock crabs have 500HP, low defense, and a maximum hit of 15, they also drop clue scrolls.
If you are a pure go to rock crabs or flesh crawlers flesh crawlers is good for money pick up the ranarrs and diamonds you can allso get tooth half of key.
There are a couple I suggest, if your are F2P then train on white knights, if you are P2P train on Yaks (If completed Fremennik Trials quest,) or train on Rock Crabs.

all you can really do is just train on rock crabs(200xp per kill) experiments(400xp per kill)
rock crabs are in freminnk province at the north part of relleka and on waterbirth island there is also a part of giant rock crabs on waterbirth doungoun and in chaos tunnels.

yes, they are, don't bother doing them if you ever get membership anyways, they aren't as good exp as everyone says they are.
