It all depends on the style you want to use. If you are going to range the jungle demon at the end, i would suggest a high range lvl and 43 prayer, since you will need protect from melee during certain parts. Remember, since the update, the demon can hit around 300 with both melee and magic! He isn't a push-over =)

Any level is alright to start using the ape atol agility course. Of course, you must bear in mind the monkey archers and warriors and so on... But, there is a way to avoid their attacks; you must become a monkey. To do this you need to have completed the "Monkey Madness" quest. To complete this quest you need to kill a level 176 Jungle Demon... Does that give you any gauge as to when you are good enough to start using the agility course?
