Ive been doing a lot of digging in my yard, and softball..and typing at work,. and all that..he took xrays that looked fine and said I probably ruptured a blood vessel in my wrist, he said to stop taking blood thinners, and not to ice it, but heat it,. and it should go away on it own...it's been 5 days and is still killing me.
