SOMETIMES at random times when i smoke weed my vision will get spotty and then go completely black and i will get super heavy pass out wake up my vision will clear up and i will feel really high?

This is most likely oxygen deprivation. Don't hold your breath for so long; anything above 10 seconds is useless. Cannabis doesn't kill brain cells, but starving your brain of oxygen does. Passing out from oxygen deprivation is EXTREMELY unhealthy.
