Since batman is a master in martial arts i thinks hes the better fighter. Allthough spiderman is more likely to win a fight considering that he hits and runs harder and faster and not to mention he con sling spider silk out th bottom of his wrist. So the answer is batman because he has off the charts fighting skills, but spiderman is slightly better infights do to his super human powers and intelegendce.
