Who is better at fighting Spider-Man or batman?

Since batman is a master in Martial Arts i thinks hes the better fighter. Allthough spiderman is more likely to win a fight considering that he hits and runs harder and faster and not to mention he con sling spider silk out th bottom of his wrist. So the answer is batman because he has off the charts fighting skills, but spiderman is slightly better infights do to his super human powers and intelegendce. Where as Batman has intelegence skill of martial arts, but just because batman is great when it comes to fighting doesn't meann that he can beat spiderman. As a matter of fact i think spiderman could beat batman, in a battle between them two of course. If youn ask me batman would have a way better chance with acual powers.

Spiderman is undeniably stronger, a little faster, greater stamina (and healing) and has a real advantage with his 'Spider sense'.

Having said that - I would say that Batman would win.

Batman is exceedingly and extensively well trained in a variety of martial arts. He is ranked in the DC universe amongst the very best on the planet in this regard. Many martial arts focus on redirecting strength, of using the opponent's strength against them, etc. This would largely nutralise Spiderman's strength advantage.

Batman has focused much of his style and fighting ability on misdirection. He uses the lighting of the environment to his best advantage, the shadows to mask his movements. He uses his own cloak to misdirect and confuse. Speed, while a good advantage, is useless if you don't know where a strike is coming from. The automatic reactions of a highly trained person also counter a faster person who doesn't have the training, and/or has to think about where to strike.

The spider sense would also be countered by Batman's strategic as well as tactical thinking. Batman is known for his long and short term plans. A fight with the Batman is like a Chess game. One could seemingly counter his every move and be checkmated before you know what happened.

The only clear advantage Spiderman has is his endurance and healing factor. This would make the fight either a very long one, or a very short one. Short - if Batman found some trick, gadget, environmental advantage, or the like to use against Spiderman. Long - if Batman did not, and it came down to strategy and skill.

But in the end - my money is on Batman.

i think batman will win because if spidey webs batman can cut it or jump over it and he can knock spidey out or kill him
