The format of the scan is a function of the scanner software. Most often you can start the scan and select a 'save as' command to set the format.
.jpg is a picture format.
First: I assume you mean JPEG (or JPG) format. ((I have never come across jepeg as a format)) JPEG is an image format and most any image handling program can print it.If you have a file that does end in .jepeg, try renaming it .jpeg (or .jpg) and printing that.To print an image sometimes you can just right-click the image and select "Print" from the contest menu! If you have any program that recognizes the file it will open and open te print dialog (or Windows print wizard will open)
You can send a picture by e-mail, which involves having that picture already saved as a file and attaching the picture by pressing the "attach file" button.
Picture are not necessarily saved to "my pictures" automatically. I'd save another picture and look carefully at where it's being saved to. Also, look in 'my documents' and 'downloads' section.
yes you can, if you press the lock button on and the home screen button at the same time it will take a picture of it so then that picture is saved into the file that automatically opens called 'Saved Photos',

You have to get the picture scanned and saved on your computer as a digital file, for example as a ".jpg" or a ".bmp" file. Then open it in "Microsoft Paint". In 'Paint', under the 'File' tab, you'll see the choice "Save as Wallpaper".
A saved document is called a "file".
If your picture that you are trying to get is on the internet, right click the picture then click "Save image as" then type in or keep the name of the picture and now it is saved to your computer. But if the picture is already on the computer, follow these steps 1. Open Paint 2. Click "File" in the top left corner 3. Click "Open" 4. If you saved the image to your computer, go to the file called "Downloads" or "My Downloads" there is no difference whatsoever, but if your picture was already saved it should be in "My Pictures" or "Pictures" same as the first one. 5. Open the picture (you should know the name of it) 6. Paint! ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
Microfiche Scanning is scanning that magnifies the file before saving it. It can magnify a file twenty four times the size a paper scanner can and therefore gives you much more room to store information to hold files and view images.
