You don't need a serial number. Go down to the dealer or any auto parts store and just ask for the one that fits the car.

yes it has both and I'm not sure where the flasher is located but it's probably up under the dash on that car near the steering column.

my camaro had the same problem light was good but woulnt work it was to much grease in the socket who knew The turn signal flasher is most likely defective. The one on the fuse panel is for the hazard flashers. the turn signal flasher is to the right of the steering column on the backside of the dash.
you have a bad turn signal flasher.
Check under the dash near the fuse box or in that general location.
