There isn't one, as Scandinavia is a region of several countries and several languages. In Sweden, Norway and Denmark it'll be something like "Herre". What it'd be in Finland I have no idea.

However, this doesn't mean they won't do so in the future, as it is possible.

There are several, most notably England. Several countries have undergone schism and established their own national churches, especially in the United Kingdom and Scandinavia.
