Sharp in middle and lower abdomen and ribs only 14 weeks pregnant also always tired started to suffer minor headaches and lost 10 lbs is this all normal during pregnancy at this stage?

Tiredness is definitely normal. Losing weight from morning sickness is not usual and as you are only 14 weeks along, you shouldn't really need to gain weight yet. There are also many twinges and pains you get - mostly from expanding muscles. If you are worried - talk to your doctor.
