Tell her that you don't feel the same way but don't do it over the phone,in a text or for a buddy to do it for you. The girl will feel better if you tell her yourself and you'll feel better about yourself that you said it yourself as well.

Be nice about telling her how you really feel and don't name the reasons why you don't like her even if she asks you why. It makes things a WHOLE lot easier for both of you. Ask her if she thinks that you two can be friends and see what she says. That way it won't be akward between the both of you.

If you dont tell her it will bother both you and her. So the best thing is to get it over with.
