Let her know that still pursuing you is not going to change how you feel about her. Maybe she is just calling to chat? If you initiated the break up she probably is just not ready to cut all ties or give up hope you will change your mind Tell her you want to cut all communication for a unspecified amount of time,Just do not lead her own,not that I think you are.I dont know how severe the situation is but you can always get a new phone if all else fails.

Theoretically - yes. Most service providers will still deliver texts even though the recipient is out oif credit. Remember, receiving calls & texts costs nothing - sending does !Check with your network provider as to whether they charge you to receive calls & texts. If they do - switch to one that doesn't !
