Shortly after you married your husband you found out he smokes Marijuana daily and he is verbally abusive andgets angry. Should you leave him?

He probably was smoking Marijuana before you married him, but love can be blind. It is a social drug. Marijuana can make a person lethargic, very hungry, moody, and, like any drug (alcohol included) it can make certain individuals personalities change. You should have one of his family members there with you (and they agree) that you both sit him down and tell him that he needs to change. He could well be doing more than Marijuana. Personally, I would go for a separation first to see if he makes an effort to clean up his act and hopefully he will get professional help, but if he doesn't then file for divorce. Life is simply too short and no one deserves to be verbally or physically abused.
