Most 16 year old people in the US are still in high school. They do not have the understanding to make a voting decision. And, there are no people or groups in the US even thinking about having 16 year old persons voting.
well a lot of other people have there own opinion on what the voting age should be but i think that the voting age should stay the same because... 1. kids need a break before they become an adult and have a lot of responsibility 2. even if the voting age was changed to 16 or lower, people would still not vote 3. kids/teenagers would just judge the people in the election by the little things and wont have a real reason to vote

I think the voting age should be lowered to 16 because it gives 16 year olds to express their thoughts about society. Because some say that 16 year olds are asking for trouble well they arent.
