In my opinion Americans should, now before you go jumping on me saying I'm a redneck listen! Politicians use examples such as the Arizona shooting to ban public guns but the gun that was used is illegal. I have never fired a gun but I wouldn't mind shooting in a range, I mean hunting is evil to some people but hey there are more uses to guns than that I mean com on give em a chance hope this helped for more of my opinions contact me via wsawkins@aol.com
African Americans should elect their own community members
While private citizens in Germany did own guns, there have been many restrictions and limitations over the years. Prior to the start of World War 2, the German government began a program of registration, and later, confiscation of guns from private citizens. Citizens in Germany may own guns today, but again, with limitations.
The United States should own the land between the Atlantic and the Pacific.
Gives every citizen the right to own guns.
Booker T. Washington said that African Americans should pull themselves up from their own bootstraps.

He thought African Americans should own and operate their own business.
Yes. Criminals should not have guns. Normal, law abiding people, despite age, gender, race or religious preference should be allowed to own guns, and should chose whether or not they want to. No one should make the choice for them.

Your question is rather vague. If you mean what should a physician do if someone OWNS a gun- I would ask why they should do anything. Owning a gun is not an illness, and is a right guaranteed to Americans. About 1/3rd of he households in the US own at least one gun- and I know several doctors that own guns.
That's an extremely difficult question to answer with any accuracy. Depending on who you ask, there are between 150 million and 275 million guns in the U.S. but there is no national registration and most states don't require registration, so there is no way to really know exactly how many people own guns.
Clearly ordinary guns have no will of their own, but guns can cause death that is accidental or that results from carelessness.
