Yes. According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church,

"1579 All the ordained ministers of the Latin Church, with the exception of permanent deacons, are normally chosen from among men of faith who live a celibate life and who intend to remain celibate "for the sake of the kingdom of heaven." Called to consecrate themselves with undivided heart to the Lord and to "the affairs of the Lord," they give themselves entirely to God and to men. Celibacy is a sign of this new life to the service of which the Church's minister is consecrated; accepted with a joyous heart celibacy radiantly proclaims the Reign of God."

When a man becomes a priest, he is, in a sense, marrying the Church. Since the Church is his spouse, he must remain faithful to her and not marry another woman.

Can i be in a catholic wedding if i m not catholic?

*If you are not a Catholic, you cannot be married by a Catholic priest or in a Catholic church. * You need to check that answer above because i don't think you are right. Non Catholics can get married in the Catholic Church. One partner has to be a Catholic and the other should be a baptised Christian but ideally the couple should contact their local priest.

Can a married priest become a pope?

In theory, any Catholic male can be elected pope. In practice, the election is usually done among the cardinals, and I suspect it's fairly unlikely that a married priest - who would be sort of an outsider within the Catholic community - becomes either a cardinal or a pope.
