Good question here . Think about the users that are neophyte and lose their phones.
My son bought a van that had a cingular cell phone with a speaker phone discarded in the boot. I put my sim in it, and a battery, and I now have a speaker phone.
There are also a number of websites that will allow you to backup to the 'cloud'. These are network and phone independent and if your phone is lost or destroyed your contacts are safe and can be downloaded to your new phone.
Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve contacts that were lost on a Samsung Seek unless you did a physical backup of your phone. Samsung does have a data recovery program, but it is only compatible with Android phones.
You can backup and restore your contacts using many free and paid available Android apps which are available on playstore. The easiest method is you install the app and then backup the contacts on either cloud or in the phone (I prefer cloud method) and then you install same app on new phone, login with same account and then restore your contacts. I am sharing few apps for you which I hope will solve your problem. > Contacts Backup: Data Recovery, Transfer & Restore > SMS Backup & Restore Pro > SMS Backup+ App Try these and I hope that it will help you.

This should recover the deleted files as long as you remember the three most important things about files - backup, backup, backup, backup
you should go where u bought the game and ask them if they can replace the memory
A disaster recovery plan can help you determine the impact of a disaster, when the last backup was made, and how to recover from the disaster. Include information on backup schedules, how to perform recovery procedures, and the name, type, date, time, and contents of the last backup.
Automated System Recovery
There are many advantages of having backup and disaster recovery schemes in place. The most obvious is that even if the system crashes, the backup and disaster recovery schemes will prevent one from total loss.
No. You contacts will be saved in a backup automatically before you update your phone. Even if something goes wrong with the update, you can restore from the backup with your contacts, but I myself never had that problem.
Backup memory is a separate file that stores a duplicate copy of all of your data. This is so if a system crashes, you can access the files again using the backup memory files.
