No. The original Ecclesia might have been considered a Jewish reform movement, but the various Ecumenical Councils established a religion with a very different basis and construction from Judaism, which makes Christianity a different religion from Judaism.

How do you became Jewish?

1. You are automatically Jewish if your mother is Jewish. 2. In the Reform movement, you are considered Jewish if either parent is Jewish and you were raised in the Jewish faith. 3. You convert to Judaism. Being Jewish, whether by birth or by choice, is something to be proud of. You may want to check out the site www.convert.org, which is one of my favorite sites about the subject of Jewish conversion. There are several contacts on that site. Be persistent and look around, and you should find a way to convert. Go to local Jewish public events, if they're in your area. I also suggest getting involved with researching and editing Judaism-related articles on Wikipedia, where you should find an online Jewish community enthusiastic about Jewish subjects. And don't take it personally if you decide to convert and people seem to refuse you at first, because some groups will test you to make sure you are sincere.

Why is Jesus Jewish and everyone else is Catholic?

Jesus technically wasn't Jewish. Throughout the gospel, Jesus is described as using Judaism to show that the Old Testament is valid but the truth (Christianity and the New Testament) is what everyone should follow from his preaching.

Is the technological movement affects Christianity?

Rather then what other says I say it doesn't actually affect Christianity. Because Technology is not religion or Christianity. It is a different course of education, research and development. We should keep our believes separate from other things. This way we can save our self from misleading us and others. We need technology and Christianity (religion) both.

How did the council Jerusalem contribute to the development of the early church?

Previously to the Council of Jerusalem, Jewish Christians were demanding that converts to Christianity from paganism be circumcised and follow the Jewish law. Peter, as the first pope rules that under Christianity, circumcision is no longer a badge of covenant membership for the people of God, and that converts were not bound to the liturgical rites of the Jewish religion. James goes on to clarify that they should, however, respect those aspects of Jewish custom necessary to maintain harmony within the congregation of Jews and Gentiles.
