It depends.
If you had a boy, i would say girl because boys are more.... how you would say.... territorial
I don't really know you kitty so, i would would have to say.... If you have ever had another cat in your house, then did your cat react by showing that the territor belongs to it (rubbing up agains you and your funiture and not being so friendy or urinating) or just playing around?
If your kitty is territorial than get another girl, but if not, then having a boy is fine. :)
