you should tell your mum straight away.i never and i reget it.
i texted my mum and told her possibley if this is less emabrrasing you should try it.
she went though it to.all they do is congradulate you on becoming a woman then go and buy you tampons.
if you've already had your period,telll your mum on your next period and just pretend that's your first.
she'll be proud o you

I think you should tell your mom right away! She is an expert on it because she went through it to! So if it is embarrassing for you, that's OK. I am to about that kind of stuff! I bet other people are to. So your not the only one!

I had te same problem. For now just line your underwear with bunched up toilet paper, and then, when you feel ready, go tell someone you trust. When it happened to me I was mortified and didn't tell my mom for months, but once I did I felt a lot better :) It happens to all women, perfectly normal so don't be afraid to tell someone.

if your period usually lasts about 28 days then that is normal just keep track on your calender and you should be good!!! just dont freak out it is nothing to stress over
