well heres what i would do, if she already has said she doesnt care if you call or text or you have the right to do it, but it depends, do you know her boyfriend? i wouldn't hang out with her too much because her boyfriend might come to think of you as a threat. Feel free to talk to her but be careful not to make any wrong moves, if you get in a fight with her boyfriend, your chance with her will be over for good.
well i have had this happen to me before and the guy that liked me called me like every ten minuites and now i hate his guts! you should call her like once a week and text her hi once a day and if she doesn't reply, don't keep on trying to get her to txt u back cause its annoing!
