One delicious recipe that includes the keyword "flour quesadilla" is a chicken and cheese quesadilla. Start by mixing cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and your favorite seasonings in a bowl. Place a flour tortilla in a skillet, add the chicken mixture, and top with another tortilla. Cook until golden brown on both sides, then slice and serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
The first and most important thing you need to make a traditional quesadilla is a fresh, flour torilla. Add on to that healthy serving of chicken and cooked vegtables for your tastebuds.

There are several recipes for Chicken Quesadilla. I use leftover chicken or baked chicken for my Chicken Chicken Quesadillas. The step is to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a baking sheet and place one 10-12 on sheet tray. Top the tortilla with shredded jack and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle diced chicken on top. Add more cheese on top of chicken. Place another tortilla on top and bake in oven until cheese is melted and tortilla are slightly crisped.

Yes, though over heating will make it rubbery and unappetizing. It would be much better added to a homemade chicken pizza or a salad. You could even make a quesadilla made with bbq sauce, cilantro, jack cheese and your leftover chicken.
A salad or a sandwich would probably be the easiest way to go. If you are looking for something more complex, but just as easy, you could make egg drop soup (which is super low in calories), a quesadilla, chicken salad, or fried rice.
