Should Roman Catholics only cross themselves in chapel and their house so they don't offend us non-Catholics?

Roman Catholics should use the sign of the cross everywhere to witness to their faith in God. They are not trying to offend people, "people" will get offended at almost anything, Catholics should witness their faith - I, and everyone I know, always say grace before eating, whether in a cafeteria - in a hospital, or in a restaurant, or even in a fast food place, and I (and they) always cross themselves before asking a blessing on our food.
