I dont think that age should be the reason you do or dont have a boyfriend. You should decide according to how mature you are and if you are ready to have a relationship. Dont have a boyfriend just because all your friends do. If she really wishes it. I had a boyfriend when I was 13. I'm 16 now. I think it's ok as long as they don;t have sex yet. Yes of coarse you can it is perfectly normal to have one.

It Does Matter Because It takes Away Your Time On Focusing On Your Studies. ItDisconsentrates You. You Will Be Focusing More On You Boyfriend Then In Your family and Your Friends. But Really You Shouldn't have A Boyfriend At The Age Of 13 And If You Do Well Then Attend To the Consequences. I Want to Add A Point That Once You have A Boyfriend Well our Life Isn't the Same, people Treat You Differently, Some Hate You; Some ignore You; Some Don't care About You And Some Just Don't Know How To Think Of You. So Think Before You Do Something.
