The age difference really does not matter in this case, since the age difference is not big enough to be considered rape. I also think it would be helpful to keep this a silent relationship. Meaning only the two persons should know about it. Some people might start rumors if a 15 year old dates a 12 year old, that's why it is best to keep the relationship silent.
