Some is fine, but a lot, or heavy weights isn't a good idea. A growing body isn't as stable as an adult body and may take damage.
It actually is okay to lift weights at your age. I am a 14 year old girl and i bench press a bunch of weights and i have not stunted my growth. Guys are mad to lift weights I'm not suppose to lift weights but i am strong enough to do it. The answer to you is yes.
Let the 5 year old lift 100 pound weights and he will lose tons of weight
I can lift 45 to 55 pounds I work out a lot.I think a 11 year old boy should be able to lift 25 to about 30 or 35
Yes. He should start slowly and build to heavier weights over time. Use weight he can control, less is better and form is very important as he strengthens all the stabilizing muscles and connections. Tell him to build a strong core, not just big arms. Keep the protein intake up.
His own body weight such as push-ups and pull ups, jumping squats and lunges hold off on acutal weights until he's a few years older.
It actually depends if they lift weights or not. So, it could be either one of them.
around 20 kilos if he weights more he is fat and he will have serious problems
It really depends on the boy's height, but the average 16 year old boy weights about 150 - 180 pounds. Of course, a boy who is 6 feet tall and has large muscles would way at least 200 pounds.
i would say no heavier than 15 pounds i would start off small and then work yourself up to larger weights
No. One should be careful about using weights like that, as they put an unaccustomed load on the body. He'd be better off exercising a bit longer w/o weights instead.
20 pouds is an average but if you want to get good bench press 50 but have a spotter
Yes
