First of all they are NOT "girls" tights. THey are pantyhose, tights, etc. for either sex.
Years ago when I was doing "intermediate" aerobics, I began to get build up of lactic acid and muscle strain (legs) and shin splints.
My doctor advised me, in the presence of my wife, to wear L'eggs Sheer Energy support type pantyhose.
I did for a while and it really helped.
Later on in time, I discovered the "unitard"
A leotard is like a woman's one piece swim suit.
The unitard has support all the way down to the ankles and up to the top of the chest (no sleeves).
The girls wore 'dance panties' or a leotard on the outside of their unitards.
I just wore underwear underneath and an over-sized T-shirt top. We all looked bitchin' but the thing was we were all there to get a good fun workout--build muscle, burn fat. I LOVE IT!
I was the guy in the front row, while we were sweating I'd yell out, "LET'S GO GET SOME DOUGHNUTS." Funny stuff.
And if your proclivity is toward feminine items, wear pantyhose NObody can tell. Only time you'll get 'trouble' is IF you get arrested the cops will make you strip including pantyhose in front of the other inmates, losers, goons and cops.
