well if you are the guy then hold her hand. after that look her straight in the eyes and tell her you love her. if she starts to blush, then give her a kiss and if she turns away, then turn her haid, GENTLY and tell her that you love her. then if she look you in the eye. kiss her. if she does not turn away, or flinsh. make out with her. there are way too many things wrong with that answer, it really doesnt matter I know seriously. ∙ 11y agoIn some cases, sometimes the woman must make the first move because the male is too afraid to or perhaps he does not feel the same way about the woman. The way I see it is you have to take risks. If you don't risk it you will regret it. Sometimes even if you do risk it, it is better because it is out in the open. If you don't risk it you will regret it and you will never know how another feels about you. Even if you don't end up being loved in return isn't it better you tried?
