Should a man marry a woman he broke up with because she became pregnant and had his baby even though he says he does not love her?

The Gospel thruth is: "Marriage is a life time commitment and it is entirely not conditioned by the issue of pregnancy". Man or Woman don't get married to each other because pregnancy is involved! Be honest with yourself, if you can not see future with the woman, do not marry her but be responsible for the child upbringing otherwise, you will worsen the situation If the man likes self-sacrifice (since it'll make him feel good) if she can use his support and SHE feels or expects to feel affection for him because of it, then yes.

Otherwise, no, unless she lives in a country without social security and her pregnancy would ruin her life. No, people should not get married because of a child. It probably won't work out and it will be harder on the child later. No, because after the baby gets older he/she will pick up on the fact that his/her parents do not love one another and it could probably have worse effects on him/her than the father not being there at all. People should NEVER marry based solely on the fact that a woman becomes pregnant or has a baby. Relationships are based on more than that. In no way am I suggesting that mother and father shouldn't be married. They should be. However, not if they don't love each other very much and want to be married. Because in the end all it does is create a hostile, uncomfortable environment for everyone involved. It is very possible for two people to raise a child together without being married or even being in a relationship. Don't do it. Just be a responsible father and take care of your share of child raising and support. Be a man about that part but do not ruin all three lives and it would end in divorce eventually anyway if the two of you were not both wanting the marriage. Marrying someone out of guilt is a mistake. Marriage does not resolve the problem, unless both have been wanting to get married. It is enough that one has made a mistake of impregnating someone. Marrying someone just for the kid's sake is totally wrong. It will just make things worse. Better be a father and just do your responsibility as one.
