Yes it can be used as a factor but no it doesn't have to be used as a factor. Go to PSD and tell them to give you a print out of your Basic Pay. This should have no allotment information, housing allowance, uniform allotments, or special pays. How ever it is current enough for the Judge to make his decisions on child support payments.
