They probably have a funeral for the pastor, then get another one. In my experience, the above answer held. When my church's former senior pastor passed away, we held a funeral for him. Afterward, we kept praying for a new senior pastor to lead our church, and one year later, God answered us by choosing one Holy Spirit-filled pastor out of more than eighty applicants.
Well the pastor is not the one that touches you it is the holy spirit.
No, I've been in some services where the Pastor is preaching and people stayed on the floor the whole time.
A church that can accommodates 3 to 5 thousand audiences. Anyway, to me the size is not important, but the people in the church must be spirit-filled audience.

A spirit filled christian is a person who has accepted the Lord as their savior they then are filled with the holy spirit
To be filled with the holy spirit is to be presumed "Filled with God". What I learned in primary school, which was Christian. The Holy Spirit was Jesus after he had been killed, when you are filled with it means something like filled with High morale and such. Being filled with the HS = Filled with morale righteousness or something.
John Cooper was born Baptist, but now He goes to his wife Koreys church. The church itself is non denominational, but they gear towards Penecostal. Very spirit Filled church
This is getting into the fine points a bit.... But One major purpose of the church is to enable a Teaching Elder (pastor) to expound the Word of God (the Bible) to the congregation. The members of the congregation listen attentively and, enabled by the Holy Spirit, apply the truths of God's Word to their lives. Thus, the sermon is of especial importance to the service and to the church, and this importance is highlighted by the presence of the pulpit. The pulpit, as well as the Geneva gown worn by the pastor, also hides what the pastor is wearing from the congregation so that they won't be distracted by noticing what the pastor is wearing.
The Holy Spirit came and filled 120 people at the upper room in Jerusalem on the day of Pentecost, as described in the Book of Acts in the Bible. This event marked the beginning of the Christian Church and the empowerment of the disciples to spread the teachings of Jesus.

To the best of my knowledge, the Catholic Church, of course, believes that the Apostles spoke in tongues, such that, each person who heard them could understand what they were saying. The gift of tongues is given to someone for the benefit of someone else - NOT for the speaker. The current trend of people babbling away in something not understood by anyone is more likely a sign of demonic activity, not the Lord. Remember that the Church is always in conformity with the Holy Spirit, as it is the Holy Spirit who guides Christ's body: the Catholic Church. Thus there can be no discrepancy between the Church's belief and God's gift to His people.
