The Holy Spirit was Jesus after he had been killed, when you are filled with it means something like filled with High morale and such. The Outpouring of the Holy Spirit occurred in Acts 2V1- Day of Pentecost. In Acts 2, I am sure you know the story - where the disciples were all in one place with one accord and suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind and it filled the house where they were sitting. It was at this point that that cloven tongues of fire came upon them like fire and it sat upon them.........and so on. They were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. This is when the outpouring of the Holy Spirit happened.
