Say to to your self "my headlamps will not fall out" 3 times a day before meals, and you will be fine...

On the other hand they might be screwed on.

open the hood behind the headlights there should be two white retaining clips holding the headlight in place. remove the clips and carefully pull the headlight remove the black rubber cover twist the socket and pull out the socket with the lightbulb pull out the bad bulb. before installing the new bulb DO NOT PUT YOUR FINGERS ON THE NEW BULB DUE TO THE OIL ON YOUR FINGERS WILL CAUSE THE NEW BULB THE BURN OUT JUST AS QUICK!!!!!!! then reverse the procedure.
