Should an eleven year old boy wear girls clothes?

An eleven year old boy should wear whatever makes him feel most comfortable. I was always a tom boy and my mother forced dresses and skirts and flowers on me as a child. What this caused was a very low self esteem because I was never comfortable in public. It also caused me to think that there was something wrong with me for not wanting to wear girls clothes. Twenty years later, I am a completely different person, and am not a lesbian. The idea that a boy wearing girls clothes means he is gay is ridiculous. If it does turn out that he is gay, then there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you want a confident, comfortable, and centered child then let him wear whatever he wants to wear.
