Children should not go to bed when they want. Have a set time (Allow a little "wiggle room" too, for say 9-9:10) Make sure you correspond the time with the age. Older children (13, etc) Can go to sleep later than a 6 year old. Etc.
Children should not choose their own bed times. Set a bedtime schedule based on your child's age. Over the weekends, you can be more flexible with the bed times.
i should say about 17. Most children under 17 don't really care about having breakfast in bed but if you want to it is obviously your decision if you do have breakfast in bed.If you are ill in bed you should ask your parents/lover/older child.
