Several studies have been done, and it has been shown that removal of the foreskin has no effect on the fertility of the man, however sensation and sexual pleasure studies have been mixed.
Of course! Why wouldn't it be? Strapping down a child, stimulating them to erection, then ripping the flesh back and then taking a knife and cutting off the skin on the genitals of males or females (typically without any pain medicine) is sexual abuse! Children need to be protected from abuse. Why this one type of abuse isn't illegal already is mind boggling.
Religious circumcision was affectively banned in the Soviet Union.

If you are experiencing complications following circumcision, you should contact your doctor.
Circumcision should never be done, there are very few reasons for this to take place and in the case of infants it should definitely not take place as the prepuce is still connected to the glans penis and tearing them apart is both terribly painful and traumatising to the infant and causes permanent injury to the glans. Add to this the removal of a huge section of protective and erogenous material one should only come to the conclusion that circumcision is mutilation. Circumcision should not be performed on infants with certain deformities of the penis that may require a portion of the foreskin for repair.
It is generally more constructive to hate the crime itself rather than the individual committing the crime. Hating the criminal can perpetuate negative emotions and may not address the root causes of the behavior. Focusing on the crime allows for a more systematic approach to preventing such actions in the future.
