By refusing a chemical test can the state suspend your license?

I'm not certain about ALL states but certainly in MOST states - yes. When you apply for your drivers permit/license it states somewhere on the form that in order to receive the privilege to drive that you agree to be be subject to a required test(s) should you ever be charged with DUI or DWI. Failure to submit is grounds for suspension.

If you have a suspended Florida drivers license but now reside in North Carolina with a valid North Carolina drivers license can you drive in Florida for work?

If your driving privileges had been suspended in FL it is surprising that you managed to get a NC license. HOWEVER, since you managed to get one, if you are stopped in FL you will still be charged with a violation, regardless of whether or not you have a valid NC license.

Should you put your truck on 2wd or 4wd?

If dry use 2W, if snow on the road 4W. However, remember that most accidents with 4W drive vehicles are caused by drivers who thing nothing can happen because they have a 4w drive. Big, mistake!

You just got your license Who can you drive?

Check the drivers license manual! This is something you should have learned when you applied for, or received your license. Some states severely limit juvenile first-time drivers (i.e.- limited hours - no passengers - etc) you wll have to check with your state DMV.

How do you know if the four wheel drive is on or off?

There should be a lamp on the dashboard with something like 4 wheels and lines between them, when you turn on/off your AWD, this lamp should be on or off. Other systems show this kind of information on display. Anyway most of the cars are permanently AWD, FWD or RWD.
