No, the reasone skill capes came out on runescape was to encourage " non members" to become members to get these capes making f2p players have these capes will reduce the profits they make by quite a bit for exampe.... around 10 million runescape accounts have been made, around 1 million have skill capes and about 10% would be f2p with 99's. about 8% of that 10% will pay £5 or 10$ for membership. if f2p players could have skill capes runescape would lose around 300,000 thousand pounds or 550,000 dollars. That's why F2p players don't have skill capes. Hope i answered your question.
no you have to be a member
No, you cannot. Skillcapes are called "Member's Object" on F2P worlds.
Yes, only members can buy skillcapes, however if you are wearing a skillcape and lose your membership, you'll continue to wear the cape on f2p worlds unless you take it off.
No, sorry.
Nope :)
you can keep all your items but you can't use them in F2P.
The only f2p dragon is the one from the quest "dragon slayer".
There are no free-to-play poisoned weapons in Runescape, no.
There are several hoods that non-members can attain and use in Runescape. One is the Grim Reaper Hood. *note: SkillCape Hoods are not obtainable as a non-member, some skills can be trained to 99. However the hoods and SkillCapes are not accessible as F2P.
Steel Plate Bodys
F2p means "Free to Play" in runescape if people say "P2p" and you have no idea what they mean, it just means the opposite "Pay to play" Wtf means what the f**k and Ftw doesn't mean f**k the what, it means for the win. Cya. Darkwizard3 :)
