Only! if want to show people that she got bigger breasts. Normally only girls with small breasts are using cup supporter.

It is unnecessary for a girl to wear a cup or a supporter -- unless she has testicles! She would be a strange kind of girl then...

When should you wear an athletic supporter?

You should wear an athletic supporter during physical activities that involve running, jumping, or sudden movements to help provide support for the groin area and prevent potential injuries. It is especially recommended for sports that involve a high risk of impact or strain on the groin, such as football, hockey, or basketball.

How do you wear a supporter?

A supporter or jock or jockstrap is put on like underwear, with the pouch covering your genitals.

Can you wear a Athletic Cup under normal brief underwear?

yes, there is no pocket for it, but you can just slide it in, if you know what i mean. it might move a bit if your briefs are too loose though. What may be a better way to keep the cup in place and to provide a soft cotton barrier between your boys and the cup itself is: wear a pair of boxer briefs and then an athletic supporter over them. Place the cup in between the boxer briefs and the supporter. A cup should fit real tight to provide real good protection in sports or work activities. So I assume you want to wear a cup primarily to enhance your appearance -- to give yourself a bigger "bulge" up front. If so you can follow the advice above. Otherwise, you should wear the cup real tight to your body.

Your 11 yr old son says the other boys don't wear a cup playing tackle football so he doesn't want to either. Can anyone explain why or why not a cup should be used?

When I was young my coaches told us a cup was not necessary for football but it was manditory to wear something for support (a jock strap/athletic supporter). it is more important in baseball to wear a cup because the baseballs are thrown and hit at high speeds.

Do you wear a supporter and cup over or under your underwear?

Different men wear it differently. Oftentimes the jock/cup replace the underwear entirely. Otherwise the jock would typically go outside underwear, sliding shorts, etc.

Should you wear a cup in high school?

If you are playing a sport where groin injury is a possibility, then you should always wear a cup during practice and competition. This has nothing to do with age, and everything to do with preventing an accident.

What kind of athletic supporter is needed for basketball?

Someone that likes basketball makes a good supporter ! You need a basic jockstrap. Like the kind you wear for gym. I favor the Duke Pro brand which you can buy at WalMart for, like, five bucks. Been wearing Dukes for many years. They are very durable and make playing the game a whole lot more comfortable. Get one size larger than you normally would wear to account for shrinkage of the jock in the laundry. Some guys would argue that a soft plastic cup is also a good idea. I haven't been beaned in the groin with a basketball yet. Maybe if I had, I'd be recommending a soft cup, too, but personally I think it would just get in the way. One thing you don't want to do is buy a "cup supporter" with the idea of just using the supporter. The pouch on these doesn't support anything but the cup. Without it, you might as well wear a flimsy piece of fabric. Compression shorts with an athletic supporter built in is another option. Personally I hate them. Too much binding and restriction on movement.
