The number of credits required to be a 10th grader can vary depending on the school and educational system. In general, most high schools in the United States require around 5-6 credits per academic year. Therefore, a 10th grader may typically have earned around 10-12 credits. However, it is best to consult with your specific school or educational institution to determine the exact credit requirements for 10th grade.
Chris Rock dropped out of school in the 10th grade.
you would need eleven to be a junior
10th normally, unless you skipped a grade or got held back a grade or something like that, but if you didn't you should never be older than 16 in the 10th grade. So 15, 16 at the most.
10th Grade right now. sophomore in high school
This depends on what grade you are in now. There are mandatory credits and elective credit. Man. are eng.math.hist.sci.. When you are able to start making elective credits even in middle school do so. Then when you get into 10th grade you figure the last two years of high schools mand. for 11tt/12th and base your 10th grade curriculum on that. You are required to have those mand. for every year your in school and allow x amount of electives, so you get as many electives built up until 10th grade so the only classes you have to take in your 3rd year of school is the 4 mand./ea so you will take 2math2sci2eng.2hist. in your third year and be out 1/12 earlier then everyone else. I know I did it.
SUMMER SCHOOL!!!!!!!!
9th 10th 11th 12th
By being Nasir Turner... *If you do not pass a class, you will not receive credit and therefore will not fulfill your requirements to graduate. In Washington state in USA, if you go to a 4 year high school that starts with 9th grade - Freshmen year, you can go to that school again the next year and will be called a 10th grader - A Sophomore, but you will not have the requited credits to graduate High school . You must go to summer school to make up missed credits.
Usually you turn 16 during 10th grade and begin 11th grade at 16. So they would likely be in the 10th or 11th grade. It's also possible to turn 16 while in the 9th grade if you were ever held back, or you could start 12th grade at 16 if you started school early, skipped a grade, or your school district just has a late cutoff date that allowed you to start kindergarten when you were 4 rather than 5.
