I am currently an owner of a 2003 Mini Cooper S, fully equip with all the bells and whistles and best of all it has the dual glass sunroof. I live in Viva Las Vegas and with our excruciating 115 degree heat my poor Mini Cooper has a difficult time keeping the cabin cold with the A/C. This is due to the fact that the Mini Cooper's sunroof is only equip with a see through mesh screen, rather than a solid screen, used to cover up the cabin from the sun. I had thought about tinting the sunroof, but many professionals told me not to, since it may shatter due to the tempered glass not being able to accept the window tint's difference in temperature rating.
By now I am entirely fed up with my sunroof, so I went online searching for some kind of sunroof sunshade to protect my interior, and luckily I was only able to find a company that produce a good quality sun shade.

I just recently ordered this sunroof shade and it works phenomenally. Forget the window tint, this is definitely the way to go.

my friend, when you open the car with the key control and you'r pressing the botton for more than 3 seconds, the mini cooper automatically opens the sunroof and windows, this just works with the open, if you try to close with the control the sunrooof and the windows stay it will in the same place.
it really depends. if its a mini cooper entry metallic blue with black sunroof chrome interior black and white stripes 6 speed automatic would cost you 41500AUD
It depends... If it is a Mini Cooper S (supercharger) it can go up to 135 k/hr. If it is a plain Mini Cooper it goes up to 100 k/hr. Or if it is a BMW Mini Cooper s it will do 245KM/h secondly Mini Cooper S doesnt have a supercharger it has a turbocahrger and the s stands for sport A 1000cc mini from 1984 will do 135kmh and a mini cooper should do nearly 160KM/h
I had difficulties in dealing with the mesh screen and keeping the sun out, when that didn't do the job. I would highly recommend that you look into a product called Zippeeshade, which is a sunroof shade made specifically for the mini cooper as well as clubman and countryman. My wife and I both have one in our minis and they work fantastic. Here is a link, http://zippeeshade.com, hopefully this helps.
I own a 2004 Mini Cooper. If I depress the "unlock" button on the key fob, it unlocks the car. If I hold it for a longer period of time that it takes to just unlock the doors, the windows and sunroof open, too.
MINI makes two models - MINI Cooper MINI Cooper S The MINI Cooper is the "standard" version. The S Series has more features. However, it should be noted that there is nothing "standard" about MINIs. They are quite unique, as are their owners. See: http://www.miniusa.com for more info.
The average length of a Mini Cooper is 151 inches. The Mini Cooper S is slightly longer than the standard Mini Cooper.
It would be wise to buy a pre owned mini cooper, but it should be certified. Not only will you be getting a mini cooper for cheaper than if new, but you will also be confident in your purchase.
According to the 2009 MINI Cooper Clubman manual: "[...] recommends that you do not swap the front wheels with the rear wheels as this may impair the handling of your MINI."
A Mini Cooper is a small car developed by BMW by John Cooper.
the mini came out in 1959 the mini cooper came out in 1961 with Austin seven cooper and the Morris mini cooper
