Should mother work or stay home?
It would be great for the kids and society if at least one of the parents could spend worthwhile time with the kids. However we live in a society where the model for economicsuccess depends on expansion in order to make a few people very rich and this means that to have a reasonable life for the family we now require the efforts of two people instead of one. effectively making society cultureless as nothing gets passed on through the generations.
Just in case like house, children,or family emergencies The only reason a woman should stay home is if she chooses to. Otherwise the man can stay home if he likes it. The children (if you have those at home) find it just as great wioth either parent. Many women prefers working as do men. For emergencies we have phones. They work wonders.
Children need their mothers there with them as they grow. Fathers just are not made to connect with their children on the same level, as much as they may try and as good as they are. Not if you can afford to hire a maid service! How many hours a day does the partner in this relationship work? If they are a stay-at-home spouse, then it would be fair for them to take over the housework. If they work outside the home, then the household chores should be divided fairly between the partners.
