Children are children, no matter the race. Children are innocent; it was not their decision to be brought into the world. If there are reasons why their biological parents cannot care for them, being brought into a family that cares and wants to provide is a beautiful thing. Race shouldn't have a part in the legality of adoption but good adoptive parents respect the differences in culture and heritage that they instill in their children. There are many more children who need loving families than there are people willing to adopt; if for no other reason than this, interracial adoption should never be prohibited.
For mental, physical and emotional well being of children, the need their mothers love. If they lack this, it might be disastrous later in life.
