Try not to blame it on the child themselves. Simply explain to them what they did and why it is wrong, then get them to apologise to anyone involved and help you fix the problem (clean up the mess, replace any broken items, etc.). P>In my opinion, focus in the behavior. Tell the child the behavior you want.</P>

To bite another person is NOT good behavior so if a parent does this they are teaching their child something wrong. Children will do/say what the parent does and the parent doing something wrong isn't good parenting.
